Users start a vehicle search on goseekor.com (typing a request, taking the survey, pasting a listing link, or using the "Build your search" configurator). On the contact step, entering a mobile number is optional. The SMS consent checkbox below appears with the phone field, is unchecked by default, and must be actively checked for us to ever text the user.
Program name: Seekor. Message types: conversational service and account notifications about the user's own vehicle search (dealer outreach status, out-the-door price offers, questions to proceed, appointment and delivery coordination, customer care).
