Terms of Service

1. Overview

Seekor ("we," "our," or "us") operates as a buyer-side vehicle acquisition concierge service. We facilitate the search, structured coordination, and coordination of vehicle purchases on behalf of our clients ("you"). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Seekor provides coordination and concierge services including:

• Market-wide vehicle search and ranking
• Dealer outreach and out-the-door pricing inquiry
• Structured negotiation coordination
• Purchase process guidance and delivery coordination

3. What Seekor Is NOT

• Seekor is not a licensed motor vehicle dealer, broker, or reseller.
• Seekor does not hold, transmit, or process vehicle purchase funds.
• Seekor does not hold vehicle inventory or take possession of any vehicle.
• Seekor does not transfer title or act as a party to vehicle purchase agreements.
• Seekor does not guarantee vehicle condition, history, or title status.
• Seekor does not guarantee savings, pricing, or negotiation outcomes.
• The client contracts directly with the dealership. Seekor provides coordination and concierge services only.

4. Concierge Fee

Our concierge and negotiation service fee is 1% of the final agreed vehicle purchase price, due after a purchase agreement is reached between the client and the selling dealer. Payment is collected via Stripe. This fee is non-refundable once delivery coordination has been confirmed.

Seekor does not receive dealer kickbacks, referral fees, or any compensation from the selling dealer.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for independently verifying vehicle condition, performing due diligence (pre-purchase inspections, title checks, financing arrangements), and completing all purchase transactions directly with the selling dealer. Seekor's coordination guidance does not substitute for independent due diligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

Seekor provides information and coordination on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for inaccuracies in dealer-provided information, vehicle condition, delivery delays, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our concierge services.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our intake form, you agree to receive recurring conversational text messages from Seekor about your vehicle search, including updates on dealer outreach, out-the-door price offers, coordination, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using Seekor. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
